Profile of Promoters of Boltz Energy

Graduate from reputed Punjab Engineering college Chandigarh (1980 Batch) & MBA from AIMA (Crash Course) with more than 4 decades of extensive engineering experience.
Successfully led Jakson Group as CEO for more than 22 Years, having work experience with kirloskar Genset, pumpset, contro panels & other allied products.
Before that having a work experience with Cummins, Detroit, Skoda diesel engine gensets in domestic as well as global market.
Held leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Birla Group, Escorts, Munradtech (UK), and Control Group.
Extensive international experience, including turnkey projects in India, Nigeria and Uganda.
Established 8 plants in this 44 Years of career.
Expert in Business Operations, Motivational public speaker Strategic Planner for Growth, Team Building, Sales & Dealer Network Development, and Manufacturing Industry Leadership.
Actively involved in social work as a committee member of multiple charitable organizations, contributing to community welfare, outreach programs, and grassroots initiatives.

YASHPAL SAHNAN

Graduate from the reputed Delhi College of Engineering (1991) & having experience of 35 Years in the industry.
Initial work experience with Caterpillar and Detroit Diesel Engine and Gensets.
Started Viking Power Pvt. Ltd. in 1996 as associate of Kohler Power Systems.
He continued to head Northern Region for SGPL & Improved business for SGPL from almost a start to 200 Cr.
He has an experienced of execution of major projects from initial to final closure, like.
Delhi Intl Airport T3,
Delhi Metro Rail Airport Metro.
Tata Motors Pantnagar etc etc.
He started his own venture & at present heading M/s Uila Power (our Sister Company) with a strong Sales and Service Team, doing Perkins Engine Gensets.
From this company we are doing exports & last year turnover was approximately 100 Cr.
